Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with 9vintagetee. We are committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting any requests.

A. Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

2. Incorrect Item Received

If the item you received is not the size, design, or style you ordered, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.

3. Late Delivery

If your order arrives more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

B. Non-Eligible Situations

As a Print-on-Demand business, all products are custom-made. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike of the product
  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer during checkout
  • Address errors made by the customer
  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery

C. Order Cancellation & Modification

Due to our automated production process:

  • You have 12 hours after placing an order to request cancellations or changes for standard apparel.
  • For Tie-Dye and All-Over Print (AOP) items, changes must be made within 6 hours.
  • We allow shipping address changes within 48 hours, excluding orders with expedited delivery.

After these timeframes, the order enters production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

D. Return Instructions

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo evidence (if applicable)
  3. Wait for approval and instructions from our support team

Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

E. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our part (e.g. defective item, wrong product), we will cover all return shipping fees.
  • If the issue is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

F. Refund or Replacement

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable):

  • A replacement will be issued if the requested item is available.
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable or not preferred.

Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
